Dress rehearsal will take place on SUNDAY 29TH MARCH 2020 at 3pm. All participants must attend. Please attend in leotards and black leggings and hair and make up as for the show (please see you individual charts given out in class).

We aim to begin the run through at 3:10pm and children will have a break at the stage in the performance we would have interval. Please send a water bottle (no cans or juice cartons please) and small snack (no chocolate/yoghurts etc – small piece of fruit, for example – please avoid anything greasy or that would risk staining)

We aim to be finished at 4:30pm ready for collection. Please ensure we have an up to date mobile number for you and a 2nd emergency contact for your child. My phone will be with me but I will not be answering calls/texts during the rehearsal unless it is an emergency.

Please drop your child off (again ensuring we have correct contact details) at 1:30pm, no later than 1:40pm. Doors will not open before this time as we will be setting up the space. No adults will be allowed in the venue until doors open at 2:15pm please don’t ask to stay, this is to ensure the safety of the children.

Children must arrive with all their items that they have at home – wearing leotards and black leggings, with appropriate shoes and tights. You will have received their makeup, hair and costume charts. Please ensure that they are ready on arrival.

Tickets must be presented at the door and please take a seat from 2:15pm – we aim to start promptly at 2:30pm. Please ensure any mobiles are on silent. At present we don’t have any issues brought to our attention regarding taking photos or videos. If you wish to speak to me about this or don’t wish your child to be photographed PLEASE get in touch ASAP.

We aim to be finished at 4pm, where all children will return to the dressing room to change and gather their belongings. Then we will escort them back into the main hall to a parent. Please leave room in the hall for entry and exits. Please don’t come into the changing area – we will bring them to you.

If you need to leave quickly PLEASE let me know so I can try our best to ensure they are first out and ready!
